For over 50 years we have been publishing illustrated books, novels and comic books that have gained international recognition for their creative qualities. L\u2019\u00e9cole des loisirs is distributed worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>We created the Max Book Club, offering subscribers 8 books a year, to reach as many children as possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><u>What does a subscription offer?<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong>Reading in another language offers children the chance to immerse themselves in another culture and build their intercultural competency. Our lively illustrations and texts reinforce children\u2019s comprehension and appreciation of the French language while instilling a joy of reading.<\/p>\n<p>Every year the Max Book Club offers 8 series of 8 books each. Each series is designed for a particular age group, from toddlers to adolescents. The illustrated books, novels, comic books of each series are chosen for their artistry, literary style and rich story content. Their diversity encourages children to broaden their reading tastes.<\/p>\n<p>Usually subscriptions are offered to families through schools, daycare or nurseries and after-school associations.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>Two types of subscription<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INDIVIDUAL<br \/>\n<\/strong>During the eight months, you\u2019ll receive a book mailed directly to your home monthly :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/indivmax.ecoledesmax.com\/\">Apply on line<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Or fill out the INDIVIDUAL subscription form included in your brochure and give it to your Max facilitator with your payment by check made out to <em>l&#8217;\u00e9cole des loisirs<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>GROUP<br \/>\n<\/strong>We offer a special group rate when several subscribers\u00a0<strong>have books sent to a single address<\/strong>\u00a0(school, daycare or nursery, association or home).
